This is an arithmetic funnel scenario based on your inputs, not a market forecast or a guarantee of leads, deals, or revenue.

A visible method

Every assumption stays in view.

01

Set the outcome

Use a deal count or a revenue target plus your own average project amount. Currency is a display label, not an exchange-rate input.

02

Describe the edges

Each conversion rate is your assumption from one stage to the next. Conservative, baseline, and optimistic must stay ordered.

03

Check the capacity

Optional weekly capacity shows gaps and the earliest tied bottleneck. It never turns arithmetic into a schedule or a promise.

Read this before using the number

A scenario is not a forecast.

FAQ

The boundaries are part of the tool.

Does this use an industry conversion rate?

No. Every stage rate is entered by you. The planner only reverses those assumptions into integer activity counts.

What does the weekly capacity field mean?

It is your own stated first-stage activity capacity for each week. A gap means the arithmetic plan needs more activity than that input allows; it is not a schedule commitment.

Why is a small sample called out?

A small observed sample is shown as a transparency warning. It is not a market benchmark or a statistical significance test.

What goes into a summary link?

Only anonymous stage rates and result counts for the three scenarios. Targets, money, dates, capacity, sample size, and labels stay out of the URL.
